A suitcase for Tulsa

Written by Jason Raitz on 7:41 AM

Today I head to Tulsa to be a part of Jr. high Believe. I have been looking forward to it and I was bummed that I had to cancel on them a few weeks ago in Arizona. It will be a blast teaching, but it will be really good to spend some time with some friends. Johnny & Chase and Alan. And...tonight I'm grabbing dinner with Mark. Can't wait. The other thing I really love about Believe is that Scott (my boss & friend) is one the other speakers. That really helps the preparation factor. It's cool.

On Wednesday I was starting to think about the trip and remembered that we don't have any suitcases. Wouldn't you know it...that day, someone sent us a set of new suitcases in the mail. Crazy.

3 weeks after the fire I am still amazed. Amazed at how good God is. At how good his people are. We have been so blessed.

My hope is to start posting all the stories of God has provided for our family...it's really amazing.

Hi...I'm Jason. I love to talk about Youth Ministry, Teaching, the Church, my family and oh yeah...the greatest hitter of all time...Ted Williams. And even though I work for Willow Creek Church, everything here is my personal opinion and nothing more.
